Chandra was born and raised in Driggs, Idaho. After graduating from Boise State University
earning a degree in Accounting and Internal Auditing, she has been working in accounting for over 20 years, specializing in construction 
accounting and finance. Chandra also consults with businesses across several different industries throughout Wyoming, Idaho, and Montana to help streamline their financial processes and systems. She has an innate ability to create simple and efficient solutions to complex challenges.

Clayton, a seasoned Project Manager with a comprehensive background in construction, stands out for his meticulous budget management, attention to detail, and strong team collaboration. Over the course of his career, Clayton has successfully led diverse projects, ranging from high-end residential developments to multimillion-dollar mixed-use projects. His expertise extends from field engineering, assistant superintendent duties to project controls, contract management, and procurement, showcasing a commitment to excellence in every aspect of project management and project engineering. Clayton holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Boise State University. Clayton is a Blaine County Idaho native and currently resides in Carey, ID with his faithful canine companion Hank.

Gary has lived in Idaho and worked in the construction industry for 10 years. Gary earned a degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University – Idaho and a Master of Business Administration from Boise State University. Over the course of Gary’s career, he has managed both Preconstruction and Building phases of construction, as well as overseen operations of an estate home division of a regional builder. He has worked on projects ranging from small semi-custom spec homes to multi-million-dollar estate homes, multi-family developments and commercial builds. Gary has found that organized, process driven yet agile management leads to efficient construction. He loves spending time with his wife and daughter somewhere in the mountains.

Kenneth boasts a wealth of experience in construction site management. His most recent project, the Snake River Ranch, included a 13,000 SF custom “homestead” style home set on a diverse 200 acre river front site that included outbuildings, bridges and extensive
site work. Earlier in his career, Kenneth worked for Big-D Construction in Jackson, WY. He supervised various high-value projects, including the Shooting Star Cabins at Teton Village and also numerous ultra-luxury custom homes. Kenneth’s commitment to quality is evident in the successful completion of these special projects often working side-by-side with very high profile clients. Over his four-decade career, Kenneth has consistently demonstrated proficiency in construction management, leaving a lasting impact on each endeavor.

Layne has a Master of Business Administration from Boise State University along with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from BYU. For over 25 years, he has worked as an industry leader focusing on the construction process and what makes a project succeed for the developer, architect, contractor and trade contractors. Layne creates a team environment where all project stakeholders can excel. Providing seamless solutions during due diligence, preconstruction to construction and into operations, allowing each project to be designed to budget and managed successfully. He strives to use ingenuity and collaboration to capture value for his stakeholders by building better, faster and more efficient projects.

Luca graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Boise State University. He went to work with an industrial general contractor, managing the building of wind farms across the country. After years of traversing the nation, Luca returned to his roots in Idaho where he joined an elite custom home builder as a Project Superintendent where he worked in high-end residential and commercial construction. Luca works with MTN Origins as a project partner, where he has served as a Superintendent managing a multi-unit developments and the management of the construction of the Challenger Operations Building atop Bald Mountain.

Nick received a degree in Economics from the University of Washington and a J.D. from Northeastern University in Boston. For nearly 20 years he’s been advising companies and individuals on transactional matters and dispute resolution in a variety of roles including private law practice and in-house counsel. Coming from a family involved in construction and real estate development, Nick has spent much of his life on job sites and in pursuit of potential development projects. Unique among the legal profession, Nick approaches projects with an eye towards the big picture, business realities, and getting to the finish line.

Rosie, a Business Administration graduate from the Philippines, brings 8 years of leasing operations expertise with the largest shopping mall operator in Southeast Asia. During her tenure she coordinated with mall tenants and actively participated in redevelopment projects – she excels in administrative support and contributes to strategic initiatives that maximize tenancy. In her transition to remote work, Rosie collaborates with partners, project managers, and consultants, providing crucial contract and admin support. Outside of work, she dedicates time with her daughter. Commended for reliability and a proactive approach, she exemplifies versatility in her roles.

Selected for the elite Private Office program, Travis ranks in the top 0.5% of all Engel & Völkers advisors world-wide, and has represented Hollywood A-listers and Fortune-500 CEO’s in his 10 year real estate career. Prior to real estate sales, Travis spent 4 years leading the Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation’s Gold Team, as a ski coach to Olympic Athletes. He graduated with a BA from the University of Colorado where he was also a 4-year member of the NCAA Division 1 Ski Team and was part of the 1995 NCAA National Championship squad.

Pierrette’s 18 year career in homebuilding has spanned markets across the west. She led operations for companies like Pulte/Del Webb, Taylor Morrison, Magleby Construction and AMH. She has overseen the acquisition, design, development and implementation of 250+ masterplans, active adult, high-density, mixed-use, single-family rental, and luxury resort communities. Pierrette recruited, hired, trained, and managed in-house sales teams ranging from 12 – 65 agents and oversaw more than $5.1B in combined sales volume. Pierrette served as the first female President of the Park City Area Homebuilder Association and was a founding member of the Utah Chapter of Professional Women in Building. Partnering with MTN Origins in 2023, she provides strategic council on growing their portfolio of projects and leading their sales and marketing efforts.

Stuart is responsible for the development of Blue Sky, Utah’s new luxury hotel, resort adventures, food and beverage operations, and supervision of ranch operations. The Lodge at Blue Sky is part of the Auberge Resorts Collection, an international network of luxury resorts, hotels and spas. Before taking the reins at Blue Sky, Stuart was general manager of the Amangani in Jackson Hole WY, recognized by Condé Nast Traveler’s Platinum Circle and US News and World Report’s Top 10 Hotels in the US. Previously, he held executive positions in management and operations at Wynn Las Vegas, Wynn Club – Wynn Macau, and luxury resorts from the Himalayas to the South Pacific. Stuart has a BBA with accounting concentration from the University of New Mexico.
