Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) method was implemented from the onset of the project to facilitate the early involvement of key trade contractors in the design process to “proactively” Value Engineer the project and maximize efficiency during construction.

Luxury townhomes located on the White Clouds golf course at Sun Valley Resort. The team oversaw vertical construction, assisting in the sales process and coordinating facilities management post-construction. The first 12,000 SF building was completed in 10 months in order to make the first sales season. Nearly all of the units were presold prior to completion and buyer customizations were facilitated.

Rustic cabins situated on the Shooting Star golf course at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. The team delivered all 18 units ahead of schedule and successfully pre-sold all of the units prior to their completion. Buyer customizations were facilitated which resulted in higher developer margins.​

Sun Valley Resort partnered with Magleby Construction to provide project management and project engineering roles including: overall project scheduling, weekly short term schedule updates, bid packages, bid analysis, material procurement, plan management, punchlist management, RFI coordination, ASI coordination.

A best in class luxury resort in the Wasatch Mountains outside Park City, UT. Stuart worked with the owners, architects, designers and contractor to take Blue Sky from an undeveloped private ranch to a multiple award winning luxury resort.

Stuart was General Manager of Amangani, part of world-renown Aman Resorts. He was responsible for executing the highest levels of service, maintaining the asset for foreign owners and operators and sales and marketing efforts globally. Layne worked as a project manager during the construction phase of the resort and villas.
